GMS - Guild Bank Manager v0.1-beta
Although it’s been a long time in coming, there is finally a new version of the Guildaxis.net Guild Bank Manager available. It’s a beta version, but I personally feel that it’s actually quite stable.
At the moment, there are a few small issues with it such as the automated point attribution system, which is scheduled for a revamp in the next release. However, that’s why it’s a beta! :) Anyone who’s interested in testing out this software and reporting on its bugs, can do so. You’ll find the archive here:
and at any point, should you run across something that needs a bug report or other sort of ticket, please submit it at the following address. (Remember to fill in your e-mail address.):
The software’s development is moving along quite well at the moment, despite the lack of developers for the project. My hope is that in the future we’ll be able to get more people on board the project, and that then we’ll start seeing some faster paced development and more add-ons / plugins.
For the time being, please make sure that you check it out! Especially if you’re in the line of setting up a Guild Bank site for your WOW Guild. (Currently, that’s the primary focus of the software.) Information on editing the configuration file is available here: GbmConfigFile; and the sql statements required for setting up the default database architecture with default data can be found in this ticket: #103

Getting Close!
Well, it’s crunch time on development for the Guild Bank Manager. The plan is to move the software into proper beta testing at the end of the month, and there’s still a few tickets left to handle.
So, if anyone out there would like to dabble in a little php and help out with the development, I’d greatly appreciate it!
Check out the Trac site at http://trac.chrisbraybrook.com/wowgbm or download a working copy of the code at: svn://cbrooks.chrisbraybrook.com/cvs/wowgbm
(Submit any changes as patches through the ticketing system.)
Cheerio!
P.S. This software is going to go OpenSource, so any donated work gets full credit.
